probably our most perfect meal yet, in terms of taste, presentation, and portion size.
where was this steak had? i want a perfect steak. i went hiking in pissin guernville to have steak at a promised GREAT place and i paid 22 dollars for a prime rib that was TOUGH!
about $11 from whole foods, here in san francisco. the show is about half meat, half prep. gotta start with a good cut and season with what you like. the actually cooking is simple, sear well on both sides then finish in the oven. 11 minutes total i think?
