If there&#039;s enough wind to spin 10 windmills, shouldn&#039;t there be enough wind to spin 15 windmills, especially if they are all in a row?
With the energy crisis of California not all that distant in the past, you&#039;d think they&#039;d use every possible windmill to generate more electricity.
Maybe they are afraid of pointing those things at the wind and changing the weather or slowing down the earth&#039;s rotation or something.
