		<description>Nice "windmill"! Do you ever wonder how it is possible that in a field of windmills some of them are spinning while some of them are not!?

If there's enough wind to spin 10 windmills, shouldn't there be enough wind to spin 15 windmills, especially if they are all in a row?

With the energy crisis of California not all that distant in the past, you'd think they'd use every possible windmill to generate more electricity.

Maybe they are afraid of pointing those things at the wind and changing the weather or slowing down the earth's rotation or something.

Anyway, nice windmill! :)
